Cambodian Styled Crawfish

What you need

tbsp lemongrass

garlic
tbsp oil

tbsp fish sauce

oz butter

kaffir lime leaves

tbsp sugar

tbsp thai chili

tbsp chicken bouillon powder
Instructions
1: Add 3 tbsp of oil to a large wok over high heat. 2: Just as the oil is hot (not smoking), add kaffir lime leaves, garlic, and lemongrass. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. 3: Add 1/2 stick of butter. Allow to melt - another 30 seconds. 4: Add your cooked crawfish. Stir to combine with the aromatics - 1 minute. 5: Add the chicken powder, crab paste with soya bean oil, sugar, and fish sauce. Stir to combine and continue to cook for another 5 minutes over medium high heat. 6: Add the dried Thai chili powder. Combine and turn off heat.View original recipe
